How to Do FTP Management in Plesk Panel?

Plesk Panel is a popular and user-friendly tool for web hosting management. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to upload your files to your server or download them from your server. Managing FTP accounts in Plesk Panel is quite simple. Here are the basic steps:

Log in to Plesk Panel

  • Log in with your username and password.

 Creating an FTP Account

  • Click on the “Websites & Domains” tab on the left side.
  • Select the website you want to manage.

Viewing FTP Session Information

Editing FTP Settings

  • If you want to change FTP settings server-wide, go to the “Tools & Settings” tab.
  • Click on the “FTP Server Settings” tab.
  • Here, you can edit general FTP settings such as the passive mode port range, connection timeout period, etc.
